Being a forefront runner of the campaign to improve transparency in the immigration practice in Dubai, Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) has enlisted DM-Consultants on its member list in Dubai.
The development was announced under the name of the company owners, Chetan and Vidisha Kumbhar, through ICCRC Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, Mr. Gurpreet Singh Matta (R-415351) who is the company representing lawyer.
The ICCRC is the government’s regulatory agency that guards the interest of the public against fraud and other related illegal activities by monitoring the exertions of immigration bodies, citizenship consultants, and representatives for foreign students.
The agency operates based on the laws enshrined in the IRPA Act, which mandates all bodies that offer immigration services to be registered, tested, and approved according to the agencies’ rules and obligations.
Having passed through the necessary eligibility test, the company has been deemed fit to receive the prestigious representation at the ICCRC level. Of course, the owners could not be more than happy while receiving the certificates from the RCIC agent, Mr. Gurpreet.
