ICCRC APPROVED IMMIGRATION AGENTS IN DUBAI; DM-CONSULTANTS ENLISTED INTO THE ICCRC MEMBERS LIST!
‘’Transparency, Proficiency, and One-Point-Contact – a symbol of trust and improvement in immigration ethics and practices in the UAE’’
Being a forefront runner of the campaign to improve transparency in the immigration practice in Dubai, Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) has enlisted DM-Consultants on its member list in Dubai.
The development was announced under the name of the company owners, Chetan and Vidisha Kumbhar, through ICCRC Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, Mr. Gurpreet Singh Matta (R-415351) who is the company representing lawyer.
The ICCRC is the government’s regulatory agency that guards the interest of the public against fraud and other related illegal activities by monitoring the exertions of immigration bodies, citizenship consultants, and representatives for foreign students.
The agency operates based on the laws enshrined in the IRPA Act, which mandates all bodies that offer immigration services to be registered, tested, and approved according to the agencies’ rules and obligations.
Having passed through the necessary eligibility test, the company has been deemed fit to receive the prestigious representation at the ICCRC level. Of course, the owners could not be more than happy while receiving the certificates from the RCIC agent, Mr. Gurpreet.
‘’We have constantly worked towards providing the best immigration consultancy services for residents of UAE. While coming into the market several years ago, we aimed to redefine the status quo of immigration services in the country, and I cannot be more than elated that we are tolling this path today.” Said, Chetan Kumbhar, CEO and Founding Partner, DM-Consultants.
ICCRC certification is a stamp of trust and effective representation upon Canadian immigration agencies. It ensures effective transfer of real information, an excellent representation of the applicant’s profile, and also promotes confidence between intending migrants and their representing consultancies.
‘’Immigration is a susceptible market in the country, there will be several backlash and false alarm, especially from anonymous competitors, but what matters most is to remain steadfast in delivering excellent, trusted, and transparent services that we have promised to residents of Dubai.’’ Said, Vidisha Khumbar, Founding partner, DM-Consultant, upon the reception of the company certificate.
As there are so many Canadian immigration consultants in Dubai, it is imperative that intending migrants watch-out for company certification and representation whenever they want to undertake any immigration process.
This will not only help to curb the menace of immigration fraud but will also assist in providing the candidate with a direct representation of their case from trusted immigration lawyers.
